Plenary Speaker: Prof. Jun Mizuno
Title: Initiatives for Advanced Heterogeneous Integration
Jun Mizuno received the Ph.D. degree in applied physics from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, in 2000.,He is currently an Associate Professor with Waseda University, Tokyo, where he is involved in research on nanoscience and nanoengineering with the Nano-Technology Research Center. His current interests include microelectromechanical system-nanoelectromechanical system technology, 3-D integration technologies, bonding technology at a low temperature using plasma activation or excimer laser irradiation, printed electronics, and composite technology for UV or heat nanoimprint lithography combined with electrodeposition.(Based on document published on 4 February 2013).
