The Advanced Ceramic Technology Forum is divided into four sessions. Anyone who participates in any of the sessions on semiconductors, packaging, or passive components may also attend the Advanced Material, Equipment, and Measurement sessions and the final Technical Discussion Forum.
The sessions on Semiconductor, Package, and Passive Component are independent choices, and due to venue capacity limitations, each session can accommodate a maximum of 130 participants.
The registration order for the forum is based on the completion of payment. After registering and completing the payment, the organizers will send a notification to finalize the registration process. Please note that on-site registration will not be accepted for this forum.
